The Seals Unsealed
Inspired by Revelation 6

(Verse 1)
The Lamb breaks the seal—thunder calls to “Come!”
A white horse rides forth, a crown on its brow.
With bow in hand, it conquers everyone,
No earthly throne can stand before it now.
Then the second seal opens, war takes its place,
A crimson steed roams free with a sword in hand.
Peace is torn from every land, fear on every face,
Men turn against each other at its dark command.
(Chorus)
Behold the seals unsealed, the warning drums resound,
A story of judgment shaking sky and ground.
Who will stand on that great day,
When the sun turns black and the stars give way?
The Lamb is worthy—He alone can break each seal,
And all creation trembles at what they now reveal.
(Verse 2)
A black horse emerges when the third seal is undone,
Holding scales that balance famine’s dreadful toll.
Wheat and barley cost a fortune as the hour’s begun,
But oil and wine are guarded, their price left whole.
Next, the pale horse rides, and Death leads its stride,
Hades follows close, authorized to claim a fourth.
Sword and plague and hunger upon the earth collide,
The judgment moving onward, shaking all of mortal worth.
(Chorus)
Behold the seals unsealed, the echo roars above,
A righteous vengeance stirring, yet mingled with God’s love.
Who will stand on that great day,
When mountains quake and the skies give way?
The Lamb is worthy—He alone can break each seal,
And all creation bows to truth no darkness can conceal.
(Bridge)
Underneath the altar, the martyrs’ cries ascend,
“How long, O Lord, until You judge our blood, our end?”
White robes bestowed—“Rest yet a little while,”
Their faithful plea remaining, heard in heaven’s holy aisle.
Then the sixth seal breaks, the earth in turmoil quakes,
Sun goes black, the moon bleeds red, the stars begin to shake.
Kings and slaves seek shelter, in caverns hide their fears,
“Fall on us, O mountains, from wrath that now appears!”
(Outro)
For the great day of the Lamb has come,
And who can stand with heart unscarred?
He alone is worthy, the conquering Lion, the slain Lamb,
Holding every seal, every soul in His mighty hand.
